As a participant of the Hyperdrive Accelerator program, we're based in the Communitech Hub, a refurbished old tannery building, which is now home to offices for Google, Desire2Learn, and a vast number of young startups.

A couple weeks ago, we received notice that a "very important person" from the Government of Canada would be visiting the hub.

Hmmm, who could that be?

To add the to excitement, we were asked to present our technology to this mysterious VIP.

A few days in advance of the visit, another email arrived informing us that the Hub would be closed to any outside visitors for the entire morning of Friday, June 20th... for the visit of Stephen Harper, the Prime Minister of Canada.

Given that the Kitchener-Waterloo startup community is among the best in the world, it was an honor to be one of three local startups invited to present our technology to the PM.

Being included alongside heavy hitters in our community like Plasticity and Clearpath Robotics, is just another example of our small team punching above our weight, something we intend to keep up for quite some time to come.
